Even though she’s no longer one of Hef‘s #1 gals, Karissa Shannon is still a “10″ in our book… “10″ as in Bo Derek in the 1979 Blake Edward’s classic of the same name.
Karissa took to the beach over Memorial Day weekend sporting a super sexy teenie weenie pink bikini and some smokin’ hot cornrows.
