If you’ve ever wanted to pretend you’re in the same room with Kim Kardashian (and really, who hasn’t), this may be the closest you’ll ever get to the fantasy.

World’s Most Beautiful, the first magazine shot entirely in 3-D, will feature the greedy bride-to-be as the cover girl of its inaugural issue — and even she didn’t know about the 3-D thing during the photoshoot.

But she told E! Online that seeing it the first time was “magical,” and added, “It’s like you’re popping out of the screen!”, probably not realizing she could get the exact same effect in real-life with a simple mirror.

The photos were taken in an abandoned mining town, so of course she was required to plunk her ample bare backside down on tetanus-infested rusty nails. Okay, that’s not totally true, but some of the wood planks on that old porch were rough, you guys!

“I got so many splinters, in so many painful places, but I just stayed focused and tried to be sexy,” she said, with a tone more befitting the survivor of an Afghani skirmish than that of a pampered celebrity who had to suffer several fleeting moments of mild discomfort before collecting a massive paycheck for her trouble.

Should you want to feast your eyes on her bodacious splintered ass in 3-D, the magazine will be available Aug. 8 in a limited-edition print version for $4.99, as well as for free on iPads, iPhones and Android phones. (You’ll need special glasses to get the full effect, of course.)
