Jacqui Smith has unveiled plans for a massive expansion of 'Big Brother' State surveillance, covering every phonecall, email, text message and internet visit in Britain.

The Home Secretary claimed that storing details of a person's conversations by telephone, computer or website was vital to prevent further terrorist atrocities.

Activities which will be subject to snooping for the first time include visits to social networking sites such as Facebook, auction sites such as Ebay, gaming websites and chatrooms.

Police and security services will not be able to access the precise content - but will know each site visited, and to whom and when a phonecall, text message or email was sent. This could be accessed within an hour of being sent, in virtual 'real time', sources say.

If this sets alarm bells ringing, and they are concerned about a person's activities, they could seek a ministerial warrant to intercept exactly what is being sent - including the content.

The billions of pieces of data, likely to be stored for at least a year, could even be kept on a giant Government database, officials said. The cost is estimated to be at least £1billion, and could be far higher.

The proposals were last night attacked by MPs and privacy groups as 'Stalinist', 'Orwellian' and a reversal of the presumption a person is innocent until proven guilty. One opponent said: 'They are making us all suspects'.

And a leaked memo written by sources close to the project revealed it was fraught with difficulties.

Officials are split between placing the vast amount of personal data to be collected on the huge central database - or forcing individual service providers, such as internet companies, to store the information, to be accessed on demand.

Currently, the option being worked on is to request data from the service providers, the memo reveals. They are likely to pass on extra costs to customers.

The memo says that while the Interception Modernsisation Programme - the name given to the Whitehall team working on the project - favoured a vast database, some Home Office officials viewed this as 'impractical, disproportionate, politically unattractive, and possibly unlawful from a human rights perspective.'

Ms Smith herself admitted the public had reason to be concerned.

In a speech to the Ippr think-tank, she said: 'Of course, even if there had not been events (data losses), the British public would have every right to be sceptical about a state activity that involves the collection of data. 'They should be sceptical and questioning about the processes that we already use.'

But she said that, without increasing their capacity to store data, the police and security services would have to consider a 'massive expansion of surveillance'

Security sources say terrorists, wise to the fact the authorities can already store some e-mail and phone records, were adapting their techniques.

These include communicating via social networking sites, or on computer games consoles which are linked to the internet.

Ms Smith insisted councils would not have access to the mass of new data. Those who can request the piles of new information will be limited to police and the security services, to investigate crime.

But critics pointed to past examples of legislation, once passed, being extended to local authorities. These include the anti-terror Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act, which is now used by councils to trap people for the most minor offences.

Shadow Home Secretary Dominic Grieve said: 'These proposals would mark a substantial shift in the powers of the state to obtain personal information on individuals.

Given the Government's poor record on protecting data and running databases there needs to be a full and proper debate. The Government must present convincing justification for such an exponential increase in the powers of the state.

'The public will also be acutely aware of how, under this Government, surveillance powers designed to combat terrorism and serious organised crime have been used by local authorities to investigate things like fly-tipping. This would be absolutely unacceptable.'

Consultation on the plans will begin early next year, with a Bill expected to follow by the end of 2009 or 2010.

Originally, legislation had been planned for the upcoming Queen's Speech, but officials say there is insufficient time, as the subject is so complex and controversial.

Liberal Democrat spokesman Chris Huhne said: 'The Government’s Orwellian plans for a vast database of our private communications are deeply worrying. I hope that this consultation is not just a sham exercise to soft-soap an unsuspecting public.

'This Government has repeatedly shown that it cannot be trusted with sensitive data. There is little reason to think ministers will be any less slapdash with our phone and internet records.

'Ministers claim the database will only be used in terrorist cases, but there is now a long list of cases from the arrest of Walter Wolfgang for heckling at a Labour conference to the freezing of Icelandic assets where anti-terrorism law has been used for purposes for which it was not intended.These proposals are incompatible with a free country and a free people.'

Phil Booth, of the NO2ID privacy campaign, said: 'This is the Stalinist vision which we always knew was on the agenda. Monitoring the entire population is a complete abhorrence, reversing the presumption of innocent until proven guilty and making us all suspects.'

NO2ID added: 'The Home Secretary talks about 'principles' but the only principle she appears to be acquainted with is convenience for the stalker state. Monitoring your communications is as intrusive as searching your home. It ought to only be permitted as part of a specific investigation and only on a warrant from a judge.'

But senior security and police services were adamant that, without the new powers, lives would be put at risk. They said some investigations have already been affected by criminals who use technology to avoid detection, by plotting online through social networking sites or interactive games.

'Criminals are getting more sophisticated in using this technology and they are going to exploit it unless we do something,' one source said.

Ms Smith said: 'There are no plans for an enormous database which will contain the content of your emails, the texts that you send or the chats you have on the phone or online.

'Nor are we going to give local authorities the power to trawl through the database in the interests of investigating lower level criminality under the spurious cover of counter-terrorist legislation.'

Richard Thomas, the Information Commissioner, has described the proposal as 'a step too far for the British way of life,' and Shami Chakrabarti, director of the human rights group Liberty, said the proposals will 'do nothing to make us safer.'

It is centrally targeted at my generation (20 somethings, who grew up in a binge drinking stupor and with glorious apathy) who quite happily buy anything the government tells them (not that they pay attention to that anyway, they actually think MI5 works similar to on TV and is there to protect the public from "terrorists" [hilarious I know]). We saw plenty of MI5 propaganda (EVERYTHING that the BBC produces is MI5 propaganda mind) from the BBC last year with articles like this, again targeted at the new generation of apathetic zombies. The program speaks of "camps" set up by the government to keep dissidents in and people displaced by the radiation from the blast and whatnot (and all the other things coming in the near future, I.D. cards, security checkpoints etc. I was just surprised they didn't have everyone microchipped yet!). The second episode portrayed protesters as terrorists (which has obvious propaganda purposes that any idiot can grasp). As everyone should be aware, MI5 is controlled by Freemasons as evidenced by their Freemasonic pyramid logo pre-1955 so naturally we can expect all the typical freemasonic symbolism and numerology (33, checkerboard etc.). I enjoyed this quote from a Times review: "With a cast of fresh-faces and a budget of several pounds, it fancies itself as gritty and hip, combining state torture with a boozy, flirty This Life house-share for the torturers, yet it lacks the balls to link the “code-9” attack with either the Olympics or al-Qaeda [or Inside Job!!! I think they treat the whole f***d up situation as a kind of comedy, the way they were saying things like when answering why they would want to join MI5 in a really camp way, "protect my country, it's gotta be what you want to hear right? Funnily enough it happens to be the truth." [actually made me laugh]. Jason Bourne was mentioned (mind controlled assassin fictional/based on secret service agents in reality), and they randomly say they have "330" minutes to find the killer (a 15 year old brainwashed kid using an AK47 (named as that) sniper rifle thing to kill an MI5 officer; the kid dies by falling from a building). Their office is called Field Office 19 and 'code 9' [also MI6/9 mirror reversal/spin] is probably a reference to MI9 and MI19, 19 being "the military-intelligence department in charge of prisoner interrogation" during World War 2 (they used mind control/brainwashing techniques, quote from this book).

There are mind control references such as one man's "secret identity" as part of a joke, and when discussing the 'initiation' into FO 19 they say again jokingly (hilarious [sarcasm]), "I thought sexual humiliation came first", the actual initiation is drinking 3 shots of vodka, one red, one blue and one white ("the union jack challenge") cementing the programmed patriotism with drugs (alcohol), other mind control techniques were used such as obviously torture (guy gets shot in the big toe) and also disorientation/memory compartmentalization as one prisoner is injected with something by them and then wakes up on the outside, thinking an MI6 agent is someone he's worked for demanding money that "he is owed" (so no memory of being a prisoner in MI5) and tells him what to do, with the threat of death naturally.

I recently posted on the potential for a "terrorist" attack targeting the Olympics that start tomorrow, which I will be watching with great interest (might even do some live-action blog posts pointing out the symbolism in the opening ceremony or something, probably not though). This was confounded by an attack one week after my post that killed 16 (note their mentioning "3.3 million" near the end). "The attack is believed to have been carried out by a terror group that has threatened to strike at the Olympics and is said by the Chinese authorities to have links to Al Qaeda." [Links to Al Qaeda = Links to CIA] I would surmise that everyone involved in that attack has been brainwashed (obviously), but also that they are (and other "TIP" members) probably mind controlled and will be triggered into more action when the Olympics kick off tomorrow (or not, who knows?), if we talk about it then that decreases the chances of it happening which can only be a good thing. Those smog masks the media was talking about as some kind of controversy because the Americans were wearing them reminded me of the masks that the 9/11 first responders/clear up people should have been wearing had they not been systematically lied to by the government (telling them the air was safe to breath). Here, Interpol predicts the potential attacks back in April suggesting they may have fore knowledge of the forthcoming false-flag terror attack, "

Meanwhile the head of Interpol has warned that there is a "real possibility" that the Beijing Olympics will be targeted by terrorists.

"We must be prepared for the possibility that al Qaeda or some other terrorist group will attempt to launch a deadly terrorist attack at these Olympics," Ronald Noble said."

So, bearing that in mind, here is some twisted irony/humour (got to love their mentioning of all the organized chaos at home as well) from the Daily Mail. "Is 08/08/08 the luckiest day of the year?" where a commenter helpfully points out that Princess Beatrice (who I did a few brief posts on) was born on August 8 1988 (08/08/88) which I did not know and certainly adds to her "mind control mystique".

You might not wake up tomorrow feeling very lucky. And what with falling house prices, rising food costs and the ever-increasing cost of motoring, you may well consider yourself quite the opposite.

But don't fall into complete and utter despair just yet. For tomorrow - in some circles at least - is held to be one of the luckiest days ever.

Its significance is said to lie in the importance of the number eight, which is linked to good fortune by many cultures. [Total Control, China is the most brainwashed society of all, no wonder the number 8 is considered by them in particular to be a "lucky number"]

And as this is the eighth day of the eighth month of the eighth year of this millennium, there are three of them in a row - 8/8/08 - which apparently all adds up to a pretty darn cosmically good state of affairs.

The number eight is a lucky number for millions around the world

The belief is particularly strong in China, where eight is very lucky.

This is because the words for the number eight are ba in Mandarin and paat in Cantonese, which sound similar to the words for prosperity, fa in Mandarin and faat in Cantonese. [among other reasons I'm sure]

It is no mere coincidence [no it isn't, but it has nothing to do with "luck"] that the Chinese chose to start the Olympics in Beijing today - and at exactly 8.08pm. The date and time were specially picked in a bid to bring them luck. [or occult numerology as part of a massive ritual]

Chinese tradition aside, numerologists say eight is known as the 'great balancer' or the karmic 'you reap what you sow'.

The internet, meanwhile, is awash with entries from those of a superstitious disposition from all over the world reminding us that this is an auspicious day to do everything from open a new business to move house.

The cynics among us will no doubt be quick to echo the words of Edmund Burke, the 18th century politician, who famously said 'superstition is the religion of feeble minds'.

Nevertheless, Tom Woods, of Little Clacton, Essex, will be counting himself a very lucky little boy today - because it is his eighth birthday.

He was born eight days overdue, weighing 8lbs 8oz, and has lived at house number eight in his street all his life.

His mother Andrea said: 'He is very excited. It was only last year that we twigged he would be eight on the eight of the eighth 2008.'

The Chinese timed the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games for 8/08/2008 because of its lucky connotations [note the spirals, interlocking rings introduced (as the main symbol of the Olympics) by Hitler, Chinese dead-man blood resonating logo]

A quick glance back at what has happened on previous August 8s may partly back up the notion it is a lucky date.

Famous people born on 8/08 include the Duke of York's daughter Princess Beatrice (and in 1988 too), tennis champion Roger Federer (1981) and former Grand Prix ace Nigel Mansell (1954)..... but then again, August 8, 1963 was the date of the Great Train Robbery.

Yet such is the draw of 8/8/08 that couples are queueing up marry tomorrow.

Register offices have been booked up months in advance as couples hope to reap the fortune of 'all the eights'. In some parts of the country it is proving to be a more popular date to tie the knot this year than Valentine's Day.

In Newbury, Berkshire, bride-to-be Rosemary Donnan, 54, will wed fiance Wayne Lock, 45, today with eight bridesmaids and her wedding cake has been designed as three interlocking eights.

'I lived in Hong Kong in the 1980s so I picked up a bit of their culture,' she said.

In Liverpool, Rochelle O'Brien, 32, and Anthony Ellis, 24, have added yet more eights to their wedding by arranging it for 8am and having an eight-sided wedding cake. Keen observers will note they were also born eight years apart.

But while these and many other couples look forward to the happiest day of their lives, some numerologists and astrologists warn it might not really be that special after all.

In brow-furrowing internet discussions, they say a luckier day would have been the August 8 of 2,000 years ago - the pure 8/8/8. Today's date, despite its three eights, contains 'negative energies' from other numbers and therefore is not as favourable.

So it seems you just can't win - and maybe, after all, the only superstition worth abiding by is that it is bad luck to fall out of a 13th storey window on a Friday.

A predictably Freemasonic monument for the 7/7 victim's sacrifice was revealed today, 52 pillars (5+2=7, part of the 7/7 ritual), one pillar for each death. The designer Antony Gormley (Angel of the North) says of it:

"Using the language of architecture to make order out of chaos, this monument is an opportunity for loss victims to be in contact with the living through a process of discovery, where the memorial's structure becomes complete through the presence and body language of the curious visitor."

Families of those killed in the July 7 London bombings today unveiled plans for a memorial of 52 pillars - each representing an innocent victim.

Each stele will be grouped together in interlinking clusters, representing the four separate attacks on the same day in July 2005. Every three-metre column will be inscribed with the date, time and location of the incident that the cluster symbolises.

The permanent £1million stainless steel memorial will be set up in London's Hyde Park, close to Park Lane.

A plaque detailing the names of the 52 will be placed in the grass banks at the far eastern end of the memorial.

Antony Gormley, creator of the Angel Of The North, has acted as an independent adviser for the memorial, which will be unveiled next year - on July 7.

The casting process means that, despite being formed from the same mould, each 15cm-to-18cm square column will be unique. Visitors will be able to wander among the columns.

Grahame Russell, who lost his son Philip at Tavistock Square, said: 'A lot of families' ideas were included in the design. The stelae remind me that prior to July 7, these 52 people that died stood tall in this world. The material itself is as indestructible as the memories we have of them.

'We wanted a proper memorial so we have taken our time.'

Julie Nicholson, who left her post as a vicar in Bristol because she felt unable to forgive her daughter Jennifer's killer, said: 'I felt right at the outset that it would be very difficult to find a memorial that would adequately express everything that needs to be expressed about those that died and the manner in which they died.

But she said she was reassured when the designers told her their intention 'was to find a silent thing that can eloquently say the unsayable'.

The memorial 'not only honours and represents the 52 that were killed. In its completeness and use of materials, the design itself is something that is world class. It's a great piece of art as well as a memorial,' she said.

Ms Nicholson, whose daughter died at Edgware Road, said: 'All the dreams and aspirations that the 52 families have had have all been embraced somewhere [in the design].

'I was interested in what, beyond our own lives, this memorial will be to the world. I think it will still have a narrative.'

Saba Mozakka, who lost her mother Behnaz at King's Cross, said at today's design unveiling: 'The choice of location was very important to us. July 7 was not just a personal loss but affected the city as a whole. We're very proud that it's in Hyde Park.'

Talking about the design process, she said: 'It was not a faceless crime and we spent some time looking at personal tributes. The memorial was a personal act that was 'also about giving something back to the city,' she said.

A planning application for the design was submitted to Westminster City Council today and the public will be able to view the plans on the council's website next week.

On an unrelated note, good to see Barry George found "not guilty" and let out, here's the link. I wrote about Jill Dando's murder and Barry George in this post. This guy (hacked his 17 year old girlfriend up) seems to be mind controlled if his T-shirt (Dolce Gabbana, DG[47] inside a pentagram, eagle) is anything to go by.

An "Islamic separatist" Al-Qaeda-esque group (AKA: mind controlled tools for the global elite) has warned of causing terror attacks at the imminent Beijing Olympics which should come as no surprise really, they even come as standard (of course) with one of those stereotypical videos (look at my big AK47 and my scarey face masks... ooooooo fear me!). But yeah in all seriousness, the video was dated July (7) 23 according to the completely dodgey Washington based IntelCenter "a private contractor working for intelligence agencies". They (Turkistan Islamic Party or TIP which is the same name as the protagonist of one of the Oz books, Ozma transformed into Tip.) caused two explosions on 17/7, and on 21/7 (21 = 7+7+7 Crowley) three buses were bombed. On 5/5 they bombed a bus killing three. I suspect that they are just setting up the intended patsies for a false flag "terror attack", and mega-ritual (a la 9/11) at the Olympic opening ceremony on 8/8/8 (Michael over at Hidden Agendas has discussed this as a distinct possibility on a number of occasions). This might play out as such: the "terrorist group" blow something up at the Olympics, China goes skizoid and massacres many more Turkistani's, "horrifying" the West; making China our enemies (with Russia uniting behind China and Iran), which would be handy in setting up the sides for World War 3, that's just wild speculation though and will probably be completely different. The so-called "21/7" attempted bombings, numerologically 21 = 3x7 so 777, and it was in the 7th month so we have 7777 (47 74 I've been going on about). Also it was in 2005, 2+5 = 7 so we have another 7 numerology synch here also. (London bombings occurred on of course 7/7/2005 (2+5=7). They chose a date "just 14 days after the July 7 bombings" (14 = 7x7). A day after this, Jean Charles DeMenezes was sickeningly executed by the Freemasonic Police. He was shot seven times in the head. This should have been enough to spark a revolution (along with Iraq etc.), but obviously that won't happen due to the brainwashing that's occurred throughout history that leads to horrific poll figures like this (2/3rds of the country think we should bring in the terror law, which just passed by 9 votes in the completely deranged British Parliament today). All you have to do is look at the wikipedia page of the "attacks" to see how totally ridiculous the whole thing is, how can they even call them explosions (they didn't explode or anything), that's absolute suggestion, calling them something they were not. It's all about suggestive thinking, causing your perspective to change (Tech quote). One of the "plotters" was sent to jail for 33 years... hmm wonder how they came up with that figure. This was in the news because of a wife (who I really feel for) was found guilty of helping her husband. The very first "terrorist" with "Islamic ideals" was allegedly Sirhan Sirhan.... and considering he was indisputably mind controlled that should tell you something about "Islamic terrorism" as a whole.


Jill Dando's horrific murder was the work of a mind controlled assassin (or at least he was put there to take the fall like Sirhan Sirhan, Oswald etc.) and has been back in the news recently because the accused "Barry George" has got a retrial. Jill arrived back at her home at about 11:30 (so maybe 33) she was shot once in the head (their obsession with shooting people in the head is part of the mind control) Her friend Helen Doble (double/mirrored personalities) found her body. She was pronounced dead on arrival, 13:30 (13, 33, 1+3+3=7) at the Charing Cross Hospital (established 1823). She was 37 (777) years old, the attack occurred in 1999 (666 mirrored), this bares all the hallmarks of an occult mind control ritual sacrifice in my opinion. She was also the host of Crimewatch, so there was probably some psy-op behind it (like "you think the people on Crimewatch must be safe! think again! No one is safe from the dangerous lunatics!" kind of thing). The Telegraph helpfully points out the detail that "On the white-and-black tiled porch, Miss Dando was shot once through the head shortly after 11.30am on April 26 1999."(emphasis added) The mind controlled patsy (probably did it, though I doubt he can remember doing it) was Barry George whose parents divorced at 13 and he was subsequently sent to (at 14) the publicly funded Heathermount boarding school for children with emotional or behavioural difficulties where I am assuming programming took place. In 1977 he worked for the BBC as a "messenger" despite not having qualifications from school, this was probably when they programmed him to become obsessive about the BBC. He was briefly in the Territorial Army, where he failed basic training, but was undoubtedly programmed some more there. Just click the link and see some of his "eccentric behavior". The case behind the new retrial is that a psychologist has determined he has "personality disorders" (specifically MPD Multiple Personality Disorder/DID), I do not understand why his representatives have not hypnotically regressed him back to the day of the shooting to see if he can remember any of it. His alters are based on various famous personalities, like (mind controlled) pedophile Gary Glitter. They just need to find the right key /trigger phrase/action/image to unlock the alter personality that was specifically programmed to commit the act, if he even did it which I'm not so sure.


The Freemasonic Police were once again getting up to ritualistically sacrificing 32 year olds (Mark Saunders mind control sacrifice), during a "training exercise" a 32 year old man was shot in the chest. Things like that don't just happen, he was playing the role of a runaway criminal in a car (altered personality) when he was shot and killed. How much fucking blood does Jahbulon demand!??!
