George Clooney broke up with Elisabetta Canalis, but he didn?t want to break up with her cooking! According to an insider, during their two-year relationship, George, 50, fell in love with Elisabetta?s skills in the kitchen, especially her homemade tomato sauce.
Although they?re no longer dating, Elisabetta, 32, is still filling George?s fridge, sending him jars of her tomato sauce as well as other specialties like marinated eggplant and sesame cookies. ?Elisabetta was of course heartbroken when George ended things, because she really believed they?d marry one day. But she still feels the need to feed and take care of him when she can,? the insider says. ?She knows the way to a man?s heart is through his stomach, so that could be the reason she?s still sending him care packages.? Hey, it could work!
