Audrina Patridge no doubt has one of Hollywood’s best figures, and though she has genetics on her side (her mom Lynn is hot!), she isn’t completely immune to calories. To stay fit, not flabby, Audrina tells us her personal tricks for a rockin’ bod.
“You can eat whatever you want, just don’t over-indulge…Taste everything. You don’t have to eat the entire plate, it’s all about moderation.” the VH1 reality star tells us exclusively. “Instead of candy, eat fruit. Stay away from soda and sweets — those go straight to your butt! Do sit-ups and squats… and a fake tan always helps, too!”
Her last bit of advice is definitely true! However, when she’s not getting her Snooki on, this Cali girl is on the beach a lot, so she recommends using at least SPF 30 on the body, and layering on SPF tinted moisturizer on your face. She uses Laura Mercier’s tinted moisturizer, which contains SPF 20 — and also comes in an oil-free formula for those with sensitive skin.
“You always want to cover your face in sunblock… I love NARS Laguna/Orgasm duo, the blush and bronzer… I use that to darken my face up, it’s good for summer.”
